Alhamdolellah we have finished the 7 suras book and now we are working on the tahthib and Akhlaq book alone.
Jazakoma Allah kahiran all the wonderful parents for helping me motivate your kids to study the suras well by listening and evaluating their presentations every week. That was definitely a great help and enriched the learning experience this year in my class. May Allah reward you all and bless your times and your kids.
Every week we will cover 3 lessons and the students should answer the questions after each lesson.
We have only 3 more homework assignments before the last test # 5 and no more homework after that.
The assignments remains are as follows:
- Homework # 24: lessons 31, 32, 33. Due March 29th.
- Homework # 25: Lessons 34, 35, 36. Due April 12th.
- Homework # 26: Lessons 37, 38, 39 .Due April 19th.
Test # 5 and the last one for this year will be on April 19th and will cover lessons 31-39
In the last 5 classes of this year, there will be lecture style covering of the second half of the tahthib book but students are encouraged to read before the class and participate in class discussion that will substitute the homework points
Reading assignments for class participation is as follows:
- April 26th. Introduction and Prophet Adam through prophet Isa seerah.Page 155-192
- May 3rd. Prophet Mohammad seerah. page 193-204
- May 10th.4 caliphs and famous muslims page 205-219
- May 17th : founders of four schools of fiqh. page 220-224 + ICE CREAM PARTY
- May 31st.: Last day of school.
